The Dental Care of Lucas Corporate Membership Plan is not dental insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan or with any other discounts. There are no refunds with the plan.
The plan runs for one year from the date you sign up. Full payment of membership is required on the sign-up date. Benefits are only good for care at Dental Care of Lucas and cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental insurance plan, dental plan, or financing program unless discussed with Dr. Brier beforehand
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of Dr. Brier, lies outside the realm of his capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- For costs of dental care which are covered by automobile or medical insurance
- For services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation
Treatment cannot be financed through a financing program like Care Credit except at Dr. Brier’s sole discretion and determination.
